FAQs & things to know

Truck Stop: Food Truck Rally is completely free to enter, and it’s for your whole crew! Bring your friends, your kids, your dad, your boo, or whoever you want!

Truck Stop begins at 1 PM and goes until 8 PM! It's an all-day affair!

We’ll be taking over the University of Denver campus green. Enter the fest at the intersection of University Blvd and Warren Ave.

Should I drive?

Nah. The RTD station is just down the street, plus you can take a ride share! Let your ride share provider know that you need to be dropped off at 2222 High Street, Denver CO 80210.

How do I get food & drinks?

Every bar, food truck, and vendor will accept CREDIT CARDS ONLY. There will be no token system this year.

What do we have for bevvie options?

We will have bars scattered throughout the event so your next drink is never too far away. Find ice cold beers and curated cocktails to wash down all that grub!

Some food trucks and all main "Fueling Stations" (a.k.a. bars) will have a non-alcoholic drink.

Will there be music?

We have live musical entertainment lined up for the whole day, including the Paul DeHaven Band, Patrick Dethlefs, The Copper Children, Copper Leaf, and Bear and the Beasts with DJ sets from IAMGRUV, Daytona, Skeena, and CRL CRRLL!

What’s the Pioneer Pit Stop?

Oh boy, are you in for a treat. Truck Stop is rolling through the University of Denver during their Alumni Weekend. To celebrate, we’ve created an entire area of grub and drinks that come from businesses owned by DU Alums! Park Burger, Chook Charcoal Chicken, Great Divide Brewing Co., 14er Brewing, Logan House Coffee and more! Best of all - everyone is invited! i.e. You don’t have to be an alumnus to visit.

I dig the Passport Program. Any perks?

Heck ya! Summer Passports will be for sale all day long. Buy a Denver Passport at their booth and get a Rocky Mountain Passport free! Plus, you’ll get a free Tito’s cocktail to boot!

Can I bring my dog?

Unless it's a service animal, try to keep four-legged friends at home. We're expecting high temps & big crowds, which can be overwhelming for doggos. If you do bring your pup, they must be on a 6-foot leash (campus rules!).

What do the wristbands mean?

Our 21+-year-old imbibers will be given wristbands at the bars (once they provide a valid I.D.). Additionally, DU Alumni will receive custom wristbands that give 50% of two drinks! Hit up the Pioneer Pit Stop to get yours.
